This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on marveledu.com and describes the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and credits may be issued by Marvel Education Group (operating as “Marvel Edu”).
Cancellation
Since marveledu.com offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods and services, we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased. Please make sure that you have carefully read the service description before making a purchase.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Subscription Fee.
If you cancel your Subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current monthly Subscription period.
If Marvel Education Group is your Subscription Provider, you will need to cancel your Subscription through Marvel Education Group.
If you obtained your Subscription through a Subscription Provider other than Marvel Education Group, you will need to cancel your Subscription directly with such Subscription Provider.
No Refunds
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION.
We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month.
In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle.
Each Subscription Provider reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts or other consideration in select circumstances at its sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and an election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
Advisory / Coaching Services (Contract of Engagement)
For one-to-one coaching, advisory, or other services governed by a separate Contract of Engagement (COE), the refund terms set out in the applicable COE shall govern. Usage of this site alone does not create an advisor-client relationship unless an advisory charge is paid and a COE is signed.
Client Documentation Responsibility: Clients must provide accurate information and any required documents. The firm takes no responsibility whatsoever if furnished details are inaccurate, false, incomplete, or incorrect, and no refund of consulting fees or any government payments will be issued in such cases.
Limited Scope: Marvel Education Group’s mandate covers only the phases for which a fee has been paid under the COE.
Government / Third-Party Fees: Government fees, exam registration fees, and third-party skills evaluation agency fees may change without notice and are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable.
Client Obligations (No Refund If Unmet):
- Disclose all relevant personal history within the required timeframes
- Provide documents within the timeframes specified in the COE
- Respond to communications within one week of receipt
- Attend required interviews or assessments at own cost
- Pay all applicable fees
- Report any changes in address, credentials, or status
- Meet any applicable language-test score requirements
No Guarantees: The firm provides no assurance of any particular examination score, visa outcome, admission, job, or other result. All advisory fees are paid for the advisory service itself, not for a guaranteed outcome.
Liability Limits: Responsibility is restricted to advisory or consulting charges actually paid under the applicable COE.
