Study in the USA with Marvel Edu

The United States remains the world’s most sought-after study destination — home to top-ranked universities, cutting-edge research and strong post-study work options through OPT (Optional Practical Training) and STEM OPT extensions.

Marvel Edu’s Zirakpur team guides you through every step of the F-1 student visa process.

Heads up: The old Marvel Edu website did not publish a dedicated USA page — this content is being built fresh for the new site. Final fee structure, internal success stories and counsellor bios will be added by the Marvel team.

FAQs

How much does it cost to study in the USA? Tuition ranges from US$20,000 to US$60,000 per year depending on the university and program. Living expenses add roughly US$10,000 to US$18,000 per year.

What English score do I need for a US F-1 visa? The university sets the requirement — typically IELTS 6.5+/TOEFL 90+/PTE 60+. There is no separate English requirement from the US consulate.

Can I work while studying on an F-1 visa? Yes — up to 20 hours per week on campus during the academic session, and full-time during breaks. After your program you can apply for OPT (12 months, or 36 months for STEM).

How early should I start the US application process? We recommend starting 12 to 14 months before your intended intake so that test prep, applications and visa processing all fit comfortably.

Does Marvel Edu handle the full USA process in-house? Yes — from counselling and test prep to I-20 and DS-160 support, your case is managed by Marvel Edu counsellors at our Zirakpur office.
